Content, care and reporting.
The draft agreement puts the domain, hosting and Google accounts in your name, with the website code in your own GitHub account. Shopify and BridalLive remain yours. BearPlex works through access you grant.
The custom CMS is for you or anyone you appoint. We set it up and train you to manage your content. The draft includes continued use of any general tools built into the website and handover when the engagement ends.
You approve the website before launch. Monthly reporting uses your own Google accounts, and review replies are drafted for your approval. We agree priorities together and show the work completed.
The draft includes written confidentiality, limits on use of your data, removal of BearPlex access and handover when the engagement ends. Website, CMS and database hosting in a U.S. region can be specified in the final setup.
The proposed fee is $900 monthly for six months, totaling $5,400 in scheduled initial-term fees. The website build is included. Shopify, BridalLive and domain subscriptions stay separate. The revised draft retains remaining initial-term fees for ordinary early exits, and proposes an exception if BearPlex materially fails to deliver and does not remedy it within 14 calendar days of written notice. Final scope, launch timing and terms belong in the signed agreement.
